About Brand: Addressing a Gap in the Gaming Headset Market
Originating from a critical need within the gaming headset market, 212˚ emerged as a temporary venture, strategically filling the void in retail inventories. Its inception stemmed from the demand voiced by major big box retailers nationwide.
Task: Crafting a Complete Brand Identity
Our challenge was to swiftly develop a cohesive brand system, encompassing the primary logo, brand mark, supplementary assets, color palette, fonts, and packaging, all within a tight timeframe of just a few weeks.
Result: Conceptualizing the Essence of 212˚
Inspired by the boiling point of water, symbolizing inevitable transformation, we conceptualized 212˚. Just as water at its boiling point transforms into vapor, so too will our brand dissipate once its purpose is fulfilled. The brand's icon, a water droplet, embodies this notion, incorporating both light and heavy elements in its design, including colors and fonts, which play a pivotal role in establishing the brand's tone.
