As a crucial element of our Google product pitch, COKeM collaborated with leading brands such as Arlo, Dufy, Tile, and Nest to devise innovative bundle concepts and captivating merchandising displays. Our goal was to assist Google in effectively clearing out surplus inventory of selected items.

By strategically bundling lower-priced items with high-value products, we aimed to leverage a proven sales tactic to reduce inventory levels. This collaborative effort showcased our ability to curate compelling offerings that not only meet market demands but also align with Google's inventory optimization objectives.
